They could have listened to my instructions when I told them to ring the door bell so that I can put the dogs out. They could have done a better job. I wouldn't recommend them to a friend.

We purchased a groupon for this company for the 21 day barrier spray. A week after receiving the treatment, we noticed that the mosquitoes were coming back (although admittedly not as bad as they were prior to the treatment), and so after looking online and seeing that they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee I began calling. I called two times and left two messages and never got a response.This was July 4th week, so i tried to say it was due to the holiday. A week later we called again, and finally got a hold of someone. She told us we were "approaching" the 21 days, and so they would come out the next day for $25. As it is normally an $80 service I agreed. The next morning we received a call that they had made a scheduling error, and instead of coming out today (Wednesday), they would be out Friday or Saturday.
I understand that a Groupon was used for the first service, but that is an introduction to a company, and this is one company I will NEVER use again. They are unprofessional, and do not stand behind their guarantee.

The treatment did help with mosquitos, but after a week we felt like we were seeing more mosquito's than we should have been. We called the company and left a message and still have not heard back from them.
