They came back two weeks later and there were signs of areas they missed. I called them back, they were apologetic, and came back within a day but they only took care most of our complaint so we let it go. It happened two more times, we found areas that were skipped over. They were very polite and always on time but their quality was lacking. Unfortunately, I would not use them again. 

Excellent! I contacted them last week over the phone and wanted to do something for my 10-year anniversary living in my house.  They set up an appointment and they charged a lot less than some of the other housecleaning companies I called.  Prompt and professional service from the get-go.  I was there to greet them because I took Friday the 14th off and they worked extremely hard at getting my house clean.  When all was finished, they had the house smelling like brand-new and I thanked them for an excellent job.  I wanted to try them out to see how they would do.  I will definitely contact them again soon.  Thank you, Molly Maid!

I wasn't present to view the overall cleaning because I have a young baby, but I have some people coming into town so I wanted the house to be "extra" special. Let's just say as soon as I got home I could literally see the dirt still on my cabinets and my glass was obviously still dirty, my tub is not clean and my microwave is filthy, just from what I have seen so far. I have to clean myself again to get my house visibly cleaned. I am not a super neat person, but I do have a 10 month old that gets his hands on everything, so if only for that reason I wanted my house to be tidy. I had a good experience last time I hired this company but this time I am very disappointed in the service performed. I will not be hiring them again.

I last used their service two weeks ago.  They come out once a month.  It's the same crew that comes all the time.  They are consistent.  Their work overall is good but the only thing is they are little more relaxed.  Their price is fair.          

The price is per visit. They clean how I want, usually floors and dusting. The quality of the service varies, depending on the crew, but the difference is not major. The times I have had any problems or questions, they have been very quick to respond and take care of it. I will continue to use them in the future and would recommend them to others.
