For a first time home buyer, this guy did not make the process easy for my spouse and I. We were bringing to the table 20% down with good credit. Loan processors/buying agent called our loan one of the easiest to work with, and we already had the money. At first, we did all of the house hunting ourselves, because we knew where we wanted to live. Mr. Wilkins did not take our initial visit seriously. He was very short with answers and led me to say to my wife "he seems like we wasted his time". After he found out we hired a buying agent (he shares his commission), he made sure we used his title company so he could check in on us. He did not want to answer any questions our insurance co. requested. After closing, he told us he left our keys at the new house, outside in the open. Spiteful.
