Description of Work: Mary Warren is an unethical real estate agent. She guides buyers based on her personal opinions. She is uninformed, uneducated and irrational. She cost us approximately $10,000 (repairs, tax credit, cost of ALMOST moving) and lost the $8000 new home buyers tax credit for her clients. She pulled the plug on our contract ONE WEEK before closing causing a domino effect of failed closings for the home we had a contract on and theirs, and theirs etc. I am confident that it was not the true desire of the buyers to back out, but it was at Mary's insistence that the contract was voided. Avoid this train wreck at all costs.
