Previously gave them an A but am changing review. Didn't turn out to be as thorough as I'd hoped.

Properly insured, provided immediately upon request. Right on time, uniformed maids with embroidered company logo. This is not a franchise operation, and it shows. It has been built up from the ground by two sisters-in-law, over the last 10 years. The two maids who arrived, Stephanie & Viola, had their own vehicles, were very polite, professional and got busy right away. Lots of hard work rubbing down baseboards, plantation blinds, door frames, picture frames, fans, everything. Baths were cleaned properly, including down and around behind commode. Bed service was a nice touch. I asked for a last minute add-on for fridge and oven cleaning, and supervisor Mellissa came right on over and jumped on that job. She even set aside out of date items and pitched moldy, unhealthy forgotten items. While a bit higher than You might initially have in mind, you get what you pay for.

I've tried other maid services but I've been with this company now for 5 years and nobody else can compare to what they do. They are very dependable, take their shoes off. Their work is exceptional, the floor gleam from side to side. I never have to look because everything is thoroughly done. They make the beds beautifully. The kitchen gleams and I'm always blown away. The bathrooms are spotless. They don't need supervisions, that's just the level of work they provide.

After an initial deep clean they come once a month. They do a good job and are professional. I am using them currently.

They agreed to a special price and went beyond their usual boundaries to make an exception for this relative. They do not normally do home reorganizing as they are a cleaning service. They were able to create a situation where a needed deadline could be met, and provided skilled, caring workers. 

I am so happy that we have finally found someone to clean our home. Maid pure has made such a difference in our lives. We are a lot less stressed and can now actually enjoy doing other things on the weekend besides cleaning . The owner and the employees have all been very professional, timely, courteous and I have always felt very comfortable to have them in my home . They do a very thorough job of cleaning and even do little extras to wow you ! We are incredibly pleased with this company and the service .

The two young ladies came out on a Saturday (their normal day off) to help clean up our home after we had flooring installed and a tremendous amount of sawdust to deal with. They did a great job!

The 2 women showed up an hour late. Once they got here they got straight to work. I was told I would get extra services because I only have a one bedroom apartment, nothing extra was offered. They did a good job in my bathroom but other than that I could not tell what they had done. I guess they don't dust or do windows or floors. So I paid $105 for them to clean by bathroom and fold some clothes. When they were done two other people showed up to check their work. I really don't know what they were checking for. I saw one of them run their fingers across my blinds, I assumed to check for dusk, but it checked behind them and the blinds were definitely still covered with dusk. When I complained they offered to come clean again for free. I'm just waiting until my bathroom is dirty again to schedule an appointment since that's all they did. I will not be paying for their services again.

They use organic cleaning products and do an awesome job.  They come once a month and save me from ever doing a deep clean!  I have 2 dogs so I vacuum a lot in between their visits, but otherwise I leave the cleaning up to them.  They are nice, professional and totally trustworthy.

Each cleaning Maid Pure performs is meticulous. They are on time, professional,
courteous, thoughtful and very efficient. They use environmentally friendly products. They clean all of the homes my company manages as well as my office and personal residence. They leave every home in pristine condition. They are a pleasure to work with and I could not run my business or my own home
without Maid Pure.

We really enjoy working with MaidPure.  Consistency of service is what we were looking for after a couple of horror stories with other local maid services.  We wanted someone to show up every two weeks and do a consistently good job.  MaidPure does this, and we have been quite happy in the past 5 months with the work that they do.  The house smells great every time, and they work well with our pets.  The only quality issue we ever had was not even discovered by us, but rather the inspector they sent to check up after the cleaning was done.  We will continue to work with them as long as they continue to provide such personal and detail oriented service.

The house was very clean, smelled great, and they left a yummy treat on the counter! The fact that they use organic cleaning products is important to me, as a mother of two small children.

I truly look forward to the days they come to clean!

I want to sing the praises of Mt. Pleasant's cleaning service MaidPure. After trying a couple other companies I came across this organic cleaning group through a friend. I called them last minute before I was hosting a Christmas party for my nearest and dearest. I really just wanted a quick clean of the basics so that I wouldn't have to deal with it before the party. What I got was an above and beyond professional clean that blew me away! The whole experience started off with a respectful call from the cleaning women who were running a bit EARLY! and wanted to see if it would be ok to come by. Once they arrived they went over with me what was expected and then promptly got to work. They were extremely nice and quick and quiet (which meant a lot to me since I had a two year old napping). There were two things that really made this company stand out to me. First was the way that they not only cleaned what they said they were going to clean, but also took the extra step to take care of things that they came across while doing the basic clean. For example they noticed that my fans could use a dusting, my appliances could use a wipe down, and even saw my clean sheets sitting by my beds and put them on and made the beds for me! These are all services provided by Maid Pure, but they were not on the cleaning women's itinerary for my house that day. Above and beyond! They even dusted my plantations shutters as they went form room to room. (Every window in my house has a plantation shutter on it!) The second thing that makes Maid Pure unique, and superior in my book, is that after the cleaning women were finished MaidPure provides a professional "checker" who comes by your home at the end of the service to go through your home and make sure that everything was done to your and the company's standards. Outstanding! I am fortunate enough to have grown up in a home where my parents always had a housekeeper and my mother was picky! So I too have high standards for the level of cleanliness of my home. MadePure knocked it out of the park! The fact that this company is all organic is a bonus to boot. I cannot recommend MaidPure strongly enough! They were professional, amazing at their job, and they did not burn a hole in my pocket. I now have them coming on a bi-weekly basis and I could not be happier to have MaidPure cleaning my home! You should too!

Cleaned the house, but not well. Broke a spray shower and didn't pay for the repair.

I became increasingly disappointed with every visit.  They would not clean the blinds, base boards or showers after we agreeed to that in our contract.  They even offered to clean them one time when I complained at a price.  I would never hire their business again.  The condition of the house became increasingly worse and the response from MaidPure was lacking.  They became very defesive when I fired them continued to call my phone and leave messages in their defense.  I was very uncomfortable with the messages.

Overall they do a good job.  They are on time and responsive to questions.  The cleaning teams are very friendly and hard workers.  Price is a bit on the high end but not enough to make me change for now.  I have them come every 2 weeks.
