Let us transform your home into a personal retreat. MaidPure is unique housekeeping company using only the most natural cleaning products. Sisters-in-law Dorsey and Heather Fairbairn founded the company in 2007 on the principle that homes and businesses deserved a cleaning experience that didn't expose their loved ones or clients to harmful chemicals. MaidPure has gained popularity because of its exclusive use of green cleaning products, exceptional service, trusted staff, and top-notch customer care. Services are tailored to the unique needs of each home or business. Homes and businesses are cleaned the way YOU want them cleaned. While our "Home Spa Cleaning Packages" are customized for each client, all cleanings benefit from our personal touch. Each visit, we leave behind fresh scents of lavender and geranium, organic goodies, and a turn-down bed and linen service equal to that of a five-star resort.

"Hi [member name removed] , Thank you for your response. First I would like to apologize if something was broken in your home and not repaired. There is no reason for us not to repair something if damaged. We carry insurance for these rare instances. We would have also been more than happy to come back and re-clean if you were not satisfied. If a client is not happy with the littlest thing we have a 100% guarantee that we will come back and re-clean when convenient for the client. I did do some research regarding your complaint and did not see any archived emails regarding your cleaning. I also noticed that this cleaning was done over 4 years ago so this may be the reason I have no recollection of any damage. I left you a message on your cell as well. I know it has been awhile, but we would be more than happy to offer a complimentary cleaning. Do to the elapsed time we can figure out a way to take care of the shower. "Dear [removed members name], Thank you for your feedback. As the owner of MaidPure it disheartens me to hear that you were not happy with your cleanings. I truly wish your relationship with MaidPure would have been long standing. We do our best to meet our client’s needs and requests but also understand that there are rare occasions when it is just not a good fit. We know that housekeeping is a luxury and we treat every complaint with the utmost respect and urgency. As soon as we hear that a client is not happy either myself or my business partner, and in your case both, will reach out via phone and send an email. Some may view it as overkill but our intention is to communicate with the client and rectify the situation as soon as possible. We stand by our work 100%. Our roots are customer service driven and our goal is to give our clients impeccable top-notch cleanings."
Had they just said, "yes we will check it ourselves and see if there is a problem" - it would have been a different matter.
In the instances mentioned above, there was a problem and they had to let their site manager go.
Basically, it felt like they didn't want to hear our complaints, didn't want to believe our complaints, and their staff had frequent issues, like putting on flannel sheets in the summer, throwing the condiments in the door of the refrigerator away when we asked them not to, moving furniture around where we asked them not to, and we just got tired of the whole thing.
They also offered us a service to check that all linens were still there, that furniture hadn't been damaged, and burned out light bulbs were replaced. They couldn't handle that responsibility at all, so we stopped that service after three visits.
Essentially, they were too much hassle for us.

I want you to know that I have read your review several times to ensure that I have not missed any key points. I take your review seriously and use it as a learning opportunity for my staff and me. What I can tell you is we have revamped the property management portion of MaidPure and have hired a manager that is solely in charge of our vacation rentals. This will help with the communication and the consistancy of the cleanings. We aim to ensure that each client and or your tenents have a point of contact and are more than satisfied with their cleaning. Are we perfect? No but issues are now few and very far between. And when they do arise (as they do for everyone), we hold ourselves accountable and do what we can to make it right. We would love to offer you a free cleaning so you can expereince the changes we have made with our vacation rental department. I will try contacting you privately as well.
