He came to check for bedbugs at my home. He uses not ONE but TWO dogs for identifying where there is an infestation. He also came out at 10:00 p.m. after speaking with him about 9:00 p.m the same night. He and his son were courteous and sympathetic. They DO NOT exterminate bugs nor will they refer you to an exterminator. Exterminating or using heat treatment for bed bugs is VERY expensive so you want to be sure what you are dealing with. I now am going to take the next logical step and resolve my problem with an exterminator.
