Terrible - there is no way to cancel the monthly recurring plan if you sign up for it

A+ I am a long-term, loyal customer since the carwash opened. I always have excellent service and enjoy relaxing in their cheerful, bright and clean facility. This is my first review despite my using their services for years. I find it perplexing that their rating is merely a B; hence, I am motivated to write this review.

the service was very professional guiding me through the necessary services they offer, and they saved me money from what I thought I needed. I dropped the car off at 9 and they called me at noon to tell me the car was ready. They took me on a tour of the vehicle to show exactly what was done before I paid for the service. Very Professional and they did a beautiful job.

Liquid Highway has never let me or my wife down. They are #1 in our book.

Splendid. The inside and the outside were very clean. The Windows sparkled. I would recommend them to everyone. While waiting you get to observe a salt water tank of fish or surf the net.

I purchased a hand wax from liquid highway for ~$85. Two and a half hours later they called and said my 2014 runner was too dirty for that cost and it would instead cost ~$185. Just know that going in, the listed price isn't what they will actually charge you if your car is dirty.
In addition the manager was super rude when she was telling me about the extra costs. I wouldn't use them again - find a place with better customer service and advertised prices they stick with.

I get my car hand waxed by these folks 2-4 times per year for 3 years. This time I was impressed that instead of handing me the car they asked me to inspect it. The car looked good. There were a few areas I expected to wax out ( they did wax out when I did it later at home) but I was told that In order to reach these black marks I needed to buy the super hand wax upgrade that penetrated the clear coat of the car. My car gets a lot of dog grime and for a fee, they do a pretty good job of getting it looking good. The special touches on windows and wheel bright are excellent and staff friendliness is excellent

I had been a loyal Liquid Highway customer for over a year. I originally purchased a monthly wash package for unlimited exterior washes of my 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500 at a price of $35 a month. I was pleased, for the most part, with the exterior washing services Liquid Highway provided. I would go approximately 2-3 times/ month to get the exterior washed and never experienced any problems. One day I received an email stating that the price of my monthly wash package would be increasing by $15 a month because my vehicle was used for "commerce." My vehicle has never been used for commerce, and I have been the single, private owner. I do not even possess a South Carolina commercial license plate or drivers license. When I responded to the message for further clarification on how my vehicle was determined to be "used for commerce," I received no reply at all from the office assistant nor the manager at Liquid Highway. I have since cancelled my annual pass and will not be returning. It is a shame that a company so reputable in the area treats their loyal, paying customers in this way. I will be going to Cactus (closer to my house) for my future exterior wash needs.


Received a follow up call from Liquid Highway vehemently apologizing for their error and told me that a "CSA at Liquid Highway mistakenly identified my car as being a commercial vehicle." I expressed my disappointment in the lack of communication in the initial email, to which Liquid Highway again agreed was a mistake. I answered calls from liquid highway, including one requesting that I delete this post. So not sure where the owner got "I did not respond from," hence the C for professionalism. I also agree it could've gotten hashed out over phone/email.

The employees here are always smiling. They do an awesome job cleaning the outside and inside. It's so nice to get out of my car and go inside to watch the beautiful salt water aquarium while my car is cleaned. They have free wi-if and a shop inside also. They are quick but do a thorough job. I always use Liquid Highway and always will. Their prices fit right in my budget.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Working with a smile from the beginning of the service to the towel dry service! If I need help deciding which service I need they take their time to explain what's included in each service.

This company is exceedingly professional, responsive, and has a physical plant which is immaculate and exceedingly customer friendly.  From start to finish everyone who worked with us was friendly and professional.  The car looked beautiful when it was finished, and the smell, although not 100% better was 90% gone.  The only slight glitch was that I was not told initially about an air filter service.  When the car was finished with the initial detailing it looked fantastic but the smell was only about 80% gone.  Then one of the service workers mentioned that they could also do an air filter service which would help.  Because I had not heard about this before, I had to wait on the premises for the 30 minutes it took to do this work.  Liquid has made this an easy place to wait, however.  Lots of seating, television, food available, a small accessories store, and all appealingly clean.  I would definitely use their services again.

Very high quality car wash.  Expensive but worth it.  I was staggered by the price the first time I went when we first moved here.  Now I would not take my car any where else.  If you are looking to get your car truly clean and are willing the pay the price to do it properly, i.e., the way you would do it if you had the time and all the necessary cleaning tools, then this is the only place to go.

Awesome!  I highly recommend Liquid!. They do a bang up job on my Explorer ! The facilities are extremely clean.  Waiting area is 2nd to none.

Excellent service and free Wi-Fi in waiting area. Also offers car interior accessories, funny greeting cards, coffee and snacks. Relaxing way to get your car washed.

Very professional.  Thorough.  Pleasant waiting room.  Excellent job.  Just a bit expensive, but I would do it again because they are so good.
