We initially contacted John and he quickly responded to our email inquiry and called us. We scheduled a meeting and John offered to show us two homes, one that he build and lives in, and one that was in the process of being built. John was very professional, courteous. and spent a couple of hours with us detailing the processes that we would be going thru. He sent us a nice follow up email thanking us for our time and stayed very engaged with us. He would email or call and see if there was anything he could help us with in our process. We asked him if he could take a look at a piece of property we were interested in, and he quickly checked it out and gave us his feedback. We would not hesitate to recommend John to anyone looking for a reputable builder. In this day and age, good customer service is a lost art form...but John made us feel very comfortable with his work and work ethic.

They were instrumental in getting everything in order. Everyone was happy working with them. They were helpful in guiding me through the process. They know some good subcontractors, but did a lot of the work themselves. Their prices are reasonable, they saved us money and they worked quickly. They did a great job and we had a very good experience.
