Good contractor. We had no problems and have used them twice.

Work was done, fast, professional, with exceptional service. He was in one day and done two days later with no cleanup or complaints for me to tell. It was done EXACTLY as discussed.

If I have to build a complete home in the future, Jeff will be the first I call.

Good group of employees that were friendly and detail oriented. While they were spread thin due to busy schedules, the job did hit target. Helpful with information on products. It was important, in my instance, to be available most of the time to monitor progress and catch hiccups that occur on any job of this magnitude.

Jeff Lawson was the contractor we got on the phone. He was always available. The work ethic was excellent. The work done was good. I would use them in the future.

First day, they moved furniture and laid down old carpet to protect the floors and the areas they would be walking on. They showed up on time and the tradesmen were friendly and professional. Jeff worked with me to figure out how I could fit a built-in fridge with my budget and he ultimately came up with a good solution. Sensitive on cost issues. Gave me a folder containing our contractural agreement plus a list of the selections I would need to make (i.e. countertop, faucets, appliances, back splash, etc) and the amount he had allowed for each item. I could decide to spend more or less and shop the items myself. Decided on Lawson Construction because I had heard that if there are any problems (and there will be) they make it right .... we just had them back 8 months later to touch up the caulking and paint where the it had seperated / wood contracted from the ceiling. From phone call to completion was less than a week. Clean and neat even during the demo phase. Only negative was getting estimates/bids for future work in a timely manner.

It went very well. We were satisfied, very satisfied.

We were very pleased with the quality of the work done. The crews were polite, professional, knowledgable and did an excellent job. Even the few subs were prompt and did a great job. For the most part they have their own crew. We had some difficult electrical issues, for which they offered multiple solutions. If they do it, you won't have to worry about it being done right!
