Owned and operated by Nate Van Valkenburg since 2013, Labor Panes Charleston is proud to be located in the beautiful lowcountry of South Carolina. Nate and the team take full advantage of the coastal scenery and spend much of their time boating and fishing together, even on their days off! When Nate moved to Charleston, he immediately recognized how incredible and unique the area and its community is. Labor Panes loves serving the historic town of Charleston, SC and its surrounding areas. We are dedicated to excellence, so our carefully selected team members pay attention to detail and quality in every task, from pressure washing to window cleaning, and a variety of our other commercial services. We value each job, large and small, and seek to build relationships with our clients. We strive to get to know every home and individual we have the pleasure to work with. Nate & his team are the best service providers I've used in Charleston for any service. They've cleaned my windows, all 54! Power washed my house, even the inside of my screened in porch. While I moved the items I could that were in their work path, they were very helpful in moving larger items so they wouldn't be damaged, very careful to cover non moveable items, even took the time to cover my plants, even though the solution is not harmful to my flower garden. I'm a repeat customer, twice a year for house power wash and they even remembered a small space in my patio door that isn't sealed (I'd forgotten) so they sealed it so water wouldn't go into the garage!! I highly recommend Labor Panes as you will not find anyone else more professional, efficient and trustworthy with your home.

It went very well and hey did a really good job. They even scraped some really dirty windows which I guess is usually more, which I appreciate, but I also thought that would be part of the job anyway.

The windows were cleaned well - almost streak-free but the windows where the screens were left on (I guess they only removed those that were to stay off) did not get cleaned at all. The crew was about to leave when I saw that one of my windows with a screen was still yellow (pollen). I went to the truck and told them. One guy jumped out immediately and apologized and cleaned it for me. They were training and the one being trained was supposed to get it but didn't. The window sills were also not wiped down. There were dirty water streaks under several windows where the water dripped down. Also, the crew left a few cotton rags and a squeegee in my house. I guess those were presents for me. The crew was extremely friendly and professional though.

Everything went great from day one contacting them through AL to the date Nate came in and clean the vent duct for us. Price was reasonable. I would recommend them to everyone.

Performance was exceptional. Nate and his team arrived on time and a coordinated approach to the whole project was apparent from the beginning. They were polite, courteous, professional and willing to help with suggestions and comments. A final walk-through was performed and some drips were easily taken care of. The pressure washing of the driveway and house could not have be better. Overall, we should have called them earlier.

I hired Labor Panes to clean out my home's gutters and thoroughly clean my windows inside and out. From the first moment I contacted the company and left a message the owner, Nate, could not have been more accommodating and attentive. When Nate and his 2 workers showed up at my house they did a phenomenal job cleaning the gutters and worked so carefully, thoroughly and efficiently on each of my windows. My house has many windows and the guys removed the screens on each window so they could perform a complete cleaning. Nate and his team also made sure they did not track any dirt into my house and in other words the Labor Panes team treated my home as if it were their own. I also hired them to power wash my front porch and they did an amazing job as well. So if you ever need a professional company who is reasonably priced you just have to contact Labor Panes. Oh yes, one more thing, I received a very nicely constructed thank you card today from Nate which impressed me as much as their work!

It was great! Nate nd his crew were on time and did a fantastic job. They were thorough, quick and really very polite. He stressed to me that if we found any windows that needed going over again to call. (it was an overcast day) We had one door that needed to be done and he was very quick in getting back to me and taking care of it. We will use this company for many other things in the future and highly recommend Nate and his crew.

Excellent Service. Cleaned the gutters and, get this, charged less than the original estimate since they were not as dirty as expected. Arrived on time with a crew of 3, had the job completed in less than an hour.
