Mr. Kaufman was very professional and was over the top as far more reasonable than the others that we got bids from. I would not hesitate using his company on any projects that needed to be done on our house.He's the best and I definitely use him in the near future.built deck on back of house

Arrived late the first day do to morning traffic and an accident (not involving them). Kaufmanns' son was in charge of our project with one other guy and logged in on paper a hour earlier then they actually got to my home, took an hour and a half for lunch and only clocked a half hour on paper. Seeing as the job was paid hourly we were not happy with that and when I brought it up a couple of times to Dave, but it was dismissed. Can't argue with blood relations. The job took 3 days, they did a good job, very polite and respectful, prompt in answering and returning phone calls.

ServPro recommended Dave after the water was cleaned up and the leak was stopped and repaired.

Dave arrived on time, gave a thorough and accurate estimate and go to work right away. He arrived as promised every day, on time and his crew did an outstanding job repairing the home. The home was water damaged from a leaking sink on the 3rd floor, so he and his crew had to replace the flooring, ceiling, trim, paint, etc., in between the 2nd floor's ceiling, 1st floor, etc. He just did a wonderful job putting the home back together. You can't tell that the home was ever damaged. When he was done, our clients returned to the home, moved back in and said it was like the house had never been damaged. It was like new.

They were very fast and very prompt. I spent about $7000 on the job and I would use them again in the future.

One of the best experiences I've had w/ construction companies, very professional, reasonable, and prompt. Hard working and fair. I'd recommend highly.
