Description of Work: Jeff had his crew build us a bookcase. He himself did not do any work. His crew did make us a lovely bookcase, but it took over a week and half...seriously 5 actual working days that we were displaced, when they told us it would be 1 day. Showing up on time never happened except when he came to pick up his check. Several days they didn't come at all...and that very first day he was supposed to start, he didn't show up and when I called he said "who are you?" Uh...you have my check for $1,500...you're supposed to be here building a bookcase. The guys he hired really do a nice job and put out a quality product. But I wouldn't say it's worth the headaches. Plus, the price kept moving around...he kept trying to increase it. It was a frustrating experience.

+ 3 moreHe did an excellent job of hiring good subcontractors to do the work. Everyone he hired was very professional and did a great quality job and respected my home. Jeff was a little opinionated at first, but as soon as he realized that I knew what I wanted and what I was talking about, everything went very well. Although his personality was a little difficult at first, everything came out the way that I wanted, on time and under budget, which is always a hard thing to achieve. I like that he was very honest when he could not get the product that I wanted and used something more expensive while still keeping the same price.
Description of Work: Jeff was the general contractor for our full kitchen remodel, hardwood flooring installation, window replacements, sliding door replacements, other minor framing work, and electrical work.
