Jarred Manigault

it iat 5:30. He knocked on the door at exactly 5:30. When he walked in, the thermostat read 79. Jarred could have sold me anything (what I know about A/C you could put in your right eye and have room left over). He took a look at the unit and said that the capacitor had failed. He replaced it in 15 minutes, and when he left, the temperature was dropping precipitously. Furthermore, he is a total gentleman. There is no one else with who I will deal in HVAC issues.

As it turned out, we had to return to NY immediately, so Jarred couldn't finish the job. We moved down permanently in October, and I had forgotten completely about the thermostat. Last night was the first evening that we needed heat, but the thermostat wouldn't work. I called Jarred this morning, and he came to the house this afternoon. He installed a new thermostat promptly. When I asked him how much I owed him, he replied that I had already paid him last August and that I owed him nothing. He came to my home immediately, his work was superb, and he remembered that I had paid him. In addition to being a skilled professional, this is a TOTALLY honorable man. I not only am pleased to recommend him, I will do whatever I can to steer business to him, not only as a favor to him, but as a favor to all those whom I refer.
