Architectural Service
Great at first, that is, until we paid her for everything and only received an incomplete set of drawings which cannot possibly illustrate, in any detail, the scope of the project. She was even quoted as saying "That I have paying clients now"? I guess that means the 30K we gave her wasn't enough for a complete set of exterior drawings. I wish we had been told that in advance.
Not only that, but what she did draw was either wrong or impossible (stairways through windows, windows on or at the floor level). We've had to do a lot of guess work and may have to hire a new architect for some more compete plans....stay tuned. The project is far from complete!
