Description of Work: Sales, installation, and product were all good. We're thrilled with our alarm system. But here's why a grade of merely A is inadequate to assess Access. I tested the alarm shortly after it was installed. Of course, I waited until 4:45 on a Friday to do that, and we were leaving on a trip two days later. It seemed to me the motion detector wasn't functioning. I waved and jumped around in front of it and couldn't make it sound. By the time I phoned Access, the office was closed; but I left a detailed message explaining my panic that I'd be leaving a house with only limited protection. By dinnertime, I had a phone call from one of the company's executives. By 8, I had a call from the installer. Both explained there was a time delay function that prevented the immediate signal I'd expected. Both insisted I call again at any time if I had more questions. WOW! A++++++++ service!

 + -1 moreThere was no cost for the service. The alarm was installed and we are paying about $49 a month. There was no extra fee for equipment or installation. I called on May 16th and the lady didn't know how she was operating her system and at 8PM on a Friday night, I got 2 call backs. A representative and a technician who had installed the alarm who both very patiently explained what exactly the problem was. But I think it was a phenomenal service because I called them between 4 and 5PM and at 6 o'clock the technician called me back and at 8 o'clock the company representative called me back to assure that I was safe. They went above and beyond in their service.
Description of Work: I used Access Alarm for alarm system.

Description of Work: Access Alarm installed a new alarm system in my home. System is wireless and includes sensors to cover all of the interior of the residence as well as all entrances. The company personnel were a pleasure to work with and the installer was professional in every regard. Instruction on use of the system was good. I have had experience with two different alarm companies in the past and Access is far superior. I recommend them without reservation.
