+ 0 moreHe is incredibly good. The president is Dave Harwell and I have known him personally for at least ten years. At no time has he not been honest and professional. His prices are right. He is realistically priced. He knows what he is doing. He comes about twice a year to go over the roof.
Description of Work: I used Harwell & Associates 1 1/2 months ago to go over and check my roof. He cleaned the gutters and tacked down a few things.
