He deposited the check I wrote the same day and three months later he has not replied to myself or the estate attorney! Went by his home and it looked vacant! I have filed a complaint with the State Board in South Carolina! I have also spoken to several other appraisers and they had nothing good to say about him! He appears to be a scam artist!
