Gay was always available to answer questions and she was exceptionally knowledgeable of the different areas. She was also receptive to the assistance we provided as we did quite a bit of work researching areas and homes in our desired areas. Yet, she willingly provided her own advice which augmented the information we had previously obtained quite well.
Her personality and professionalism are top notch and she was right with us from day one through the closing - with a few calls to check in here and there after closing.
Lastly, when we needed some last minute assistance finding a contractor she provided an exceptional reference, in addition to other references for local service providers such as doctors, dentists and pest companies (a must in the south).

"Thanks [member name removed]. It was such a pleasure working with you and I can't wait to see your comfy home when we get together again. Cheers!"
"The insufficient details he mentions are concerning flood mapping in the Charleston area within miles from the ocean or body of water where this house was listed. The details were not disclosed by the seller or seller agent. They are first time buyers and became scared when all of the flood insurance rate changes came about and decided not to purchase the home. I believe some buyer remorse was also involved. He does not mention that the seller sued them and I stood by their side all the way to court. The buyers did win their case over the seller and ended up purchasing a vacant lot from me. As in all transactions, due diligence is important and we did find out what we needed to know BEFORE it went to the closing table which would have been too late."
