Not only that, but he called and emailed periodically to let us know what was going on. He installed the new thermostat on Monday morning.
He explained everything in detail, told us the best thermostat to purchase, and the differences between a pretty good model and one that would last. It's obvious he knows his business, cares about his customers, and wants to do everything possible to ensure the customer is happy.
In other words, Nick Negovanovic believes in what customer service is -- a great product, superb service, and really caring that the customer is happy.
Furnace was not cycling up. Called NSN Heating and Talked to Nick (the owner)and told him about my problem. He arrived at my house about one hour later. He was able to resolve furnace problem. I asked him if he could due a tune up on furnace since it was about 8 years old, which he did. Nick is very professional and friendly and highly recommend him.
