Description of Work: Faucet in bath tub would not turn off, after hours. Called this gentleman, he told us how to shut off at water heater. It was the hot water valve. Came out early the next morning. Fixed washer, simple fix. Charged approx. $130.00. Only problem, broke the crystaline handle. Hopefully, not a big deal to replace. Told him not to worry.

Description of Work: I called in a panic as a leak was coming down my wall. They got someone out to me that am and figured out what was wrong and then the next day came back and put my new toilet in. Very easy to work with and Ted was great. I th.en got a little concerned that maybe it was still leaking and called and that afternoon out came Ted again a few weeks later. The receptionist was wonderful as well as she calmed me right down and helped me every step of the way
