Jay and Classic Kitchens were phenomenal. We live out of state full-time and were trying to complete a vacation home renovation from a distance. I was not impressed with the cabinet vendor that contractor recommended, and came across "Classic Kitchens" in my own research of Charleston providers.
From the moment I contacted Jay, he was quick to respond, very helpful, and turned around renderings and pricing very quickly. Jay's pricing is very fair in the Charleston market. He has reliable, friendly and clean-cut installers. Very professional guys.What I was most impressed with is that Jay 1) accommodated our schedules and even came out to the property (vacation home) on Saturdays to meet with us; 2) went above and beyond to do quality craftmanship -- even at his own expense -- when our own contractor failed to create correct measurements for vanity walls, level walls, ceilings, etc. A third item worth noting is that Jay was always completely professional, even when he could have taken shortcuts to not deal with our contractors' mistakes, he did not.
I would use Jay on any project in the future and you will not be sorry if you go with Classic Kitchens for your project.
