 + -1 moreAll in all, it went terrific! This was our first time buying a home and we had lots of questions. Chuck answered every one of them. We have recommended him to all of our friends who were in the market for a home, and everyone was very surprised by Chuck's dedication and friendliness! He even helped one of our friends install ceiling fans in a house they'd just bought off of him! I never thought I would ever be so satisfied with a Realtor, but now I'm proud to call Chuck a friend! Absolutely top rate Realtor!
Description of Work: My wife and I were looking for our first home and I made a couple cold calls to Realtors. The Realtor that we'd contacted couldn't make our appointment, and sent Chuck instead. We explained to him the type of house we wanted and our price range and he directed us to at least two dozen homes! Chuck was extremely knowledgeable and seemed to have a "sixth sense" as to the type of home we were looking for. Chuck took time out of his busy schedule to personally drive us to at least a dozen homes in one day! We were very picky and when we finally settled on a home we liked, Chuck was there every step of the way! There were a few hiccups along the way, but Chuck kept us informed and gave us our options every time there was a problem!
