he did great i called him after another firm Henry found wiring crossed at zone 4, used his probe to find the issue and save me from having to do a lot of unnecessary repairs. ... had another company out (D.S.I. Irrigation). Their plan was to trouble shoot, change and repair. They replaced 1 valve that didnt fix the problem then wanted to replace the timmer for $550, thank goodness i asked them to leave. They charged more and left the system no better than they found it. I feel good about my experience with Henry, and will only use him going forward

Every time I've used them, Henry is prompt, professional and precise, but also friendly. When you call him for a need, he seems like a friend in the neighborhood. His work is faultless. His prices are reasonable and often surprisingly low. On my list of b est providers, all time, for home services.

Henry worked his tail off to find one cut wire and two cut sprinkler lines in my yard.  He hasn't even charged me yet and, frankly, he could charge me anything he wants to, because he's that good.  This guy is the sprinkler whisperer, seriously.  If you can get on his schedule, consider yourself in good hands.  He won't quit until it's done, and done right.

Henry is not only professional, but sincerely cares about the customer and the quality of work.  I have had an ongoing issue with the well/pump, and even though it was not his issue to resolve, he has remained engaged with the well service provider.  I had to insist multiple times on paying Henry while waiting on the well service.  He did not wish to be paid until all issues were resolved.  Nice to be able to trust your contractor.

Henry is great.  He is passionate about his work and took the time to explain what needed to be done and answer my questions.   His pricing is reasonable and he does quality work.    I would highly recommend his services.

Amazingly well.There are service providers and then there is Carolina Rain. By far the best experience.They have done work for me last year as well. When in need of irrigation services this is the go to firm.

Henry is always on time and ready to work. You can tell he enjoys sprinkler systems. Every fall and spring I have him shutdown and startup my well pump for the sprinklers. It is the best money I spend all year. He checks to make sure everything is working correctly and makes suggestions of any improvements. I really like that he doesn't try to upsell me the maintenance. He is looking for customers for the long haul, not just a quick sell.

He was incredibly punctual, he showed up when he said he would. He did a phenomenal job and I'm very pleased, I couldn't be happier. I felt it was a great value. He was polite and knew what he was doing.

Henry does top notch work. He called me twice to confirm the date and showed up on time. You can tell he enjoys what he does and wants to make sure everything is just right (don't see that much in this industry).
Last year I had him put in a new well pump and replace two sprinkler heads. This was after I made a mistake using someone I found outside of Angie's list for a new well pump, causing a pressure leak somwhere in my lines. Henry came up with a solution to fix the issue with a master valve and new pump (since the last one broke). He spent a full day getting everything installed and checked each valve/sprinkler head. He also installed a new timer for my sprinklers (much easier than previous one). Because of Carolina Rain I was able to set my sprinklers and let them run the entire season (I never had to touch it).
In November, I had Henry back out to drain all the lines and prepare everything for the winter. Was done in less than a hour and always so pleasant to deal with.
The price has been reasonable. Last year when Henry installed and fixed my entire system I said I have never been happier to pay 1,100 in my life (new nice pump, master valve, 2 new heads, new timer, new lines etc).
I would recommend Carolina Rain to anyone for sprinklers, well pumps or backflow issues.
