About us
Our company has been in the Charleston area for over 20 years. We have loyal customers that have been with us since the beginning that keep coming back. We've been with them through the upgrades that technology has thrown at us with home entertainment systems, and keeping your family safe with our security systems. We pride ourselves on providing a personal relationship with our clients-you will never get someone on the phone that isn't personally in our office. We have six knowledgeable and licensed technicians (which, in addition to training in their field, means they are not allowed to have any felonies or other worrisome issues in their background). Some of our technicians have been with us from the very beginning. We are truly a family business. Husband and wife, Roger and Katie, are both in the office every day. Roger's 17 year old son trains with the technicians during summer and school holidays, and their 5 year old son and goldendoodle dog hang out with us every day! We want to treat you like family as well-give us a call!
