They called ahead of the appointed time to see if they could come early, which they did. I was only expecting an estimate for work to be done. After discussing the project and providing an estimate for a revised, and reduced, scope of work, I hired them to do the work right then. They were efficient, and did everything we discussed. I thought the price was very reasonable.

I felt the cost for the repairs was exorbitant. I didn't realize that each job was charged separately, rather than by the hour. There was a book with pricing that was shared with me after the work was completed and only about another job that I was considering. We had a very old, inexpensive faucet in our bathroom sink that was dripping. I was charged twice the price of new faucet, which the plumber said I would need, if the problem persisted. The outside spigots that were leaking were not fixed, although I was charged for those repairs, and the guys had to be called to come back and repair them both. Initially I was charged $600 but the plumbing company agreed to return $130 towards the sink faucet.

Devon the tech was simply honest and straight forward. They did not show at the scheduled time however they communicated earlier in the day a new time to complete the task. I would recommend this company to anyone needing honest reliable service. Thank you

They did very well. They did quite a bit of work but they were able to get it done pretty quickly. I was very happy with the work.

I just wanted to send a shout out to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Our elderly neighbor in Dunes West had a severe plumbing crisis the night before she had to leave on a trip. Her house was flooded on the top floor and she was going to have to cancel her flight. She had called us that evening wanting the number of BFP because she knew the owner lived in DW. Tony immediately responded to her call on a late Sunday evening. She was able to catch her flight the next day. BFP took care of everything!

First floor commodes (2) backed up, as well as the tub and the stand alone shower. BFP rep worked hard for close to three hours to determine the blockage and unclogging the line. I was leaving the next morning for 10 days out of town, and he was dedicated to solving and clearing the problem properly for me.

Tony, the owner, came to my house first to diagnose the problem and explained in detail everything that needed to be done so there were no surprises. Ricky, the tech, was awesome at his job and very professional. I would highly recommend this company. I ended up having a crushed main sewer line between my home and the street connection. They had to dig up part of my yard to get to the crushed pipe and replace it. They used a very small backhoe to dig, and did a really good job putting the dirt back so it’s not too noticeable.

I received three proposals for the drain & sewer line jetting along with a quote to install clean-outs. This was a huge undertaking. This property had 14 years of differed maintenance to sewer and drain lines and is five stories tall. Ben Franklin was not the lowest bid but they were the most knowledgeable in knowing exactly how to proceed and did it in a very professional manner. Employees of Ben Franklin were all knowledgeable, punctual and great with the homeowners needing maintenance to their individual drain lines. I am a property manager and experience plumbing issues with my properties quite often. I have had many after hour issues that needed immediate attention and have always been able to count on them getting there promptly and fixing the problem. Ben Franklin is my go-to plumbing company and I highly recommend them!

I did not have a relationship with any plumber and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Mt P was the third one I called after the first two said they wouldn't be able to get to me that day. "David" came out at 4 PM and gave me a full explanation of the process, which included having to get a permit to do the work. It is now 8:30 am on Friday and he just called me to say he is on his way back out to my house to help me out! The job isn't completed, but so far so good. I have been impressed with their responsiveness, knowledge, and professionalism.

A Plumber was sent to us by the office the same day we called about our leaking toilet. He arrived on time and was very nice and professional. The toilet was loose at the floor joint and he repaired that with a new flange. He also said our toilet "innards" were old and needed replacing, and though the price he quoted for replacing them seemed really high, we agreed to do it while he was here so we wouldn't have a problem with that later. He also replaced an ailing flapper in a second bathroom for a "discounted" price of $250.00. We paid $1,000.00 total for all the work and he was at our home about 90 minutes. BUT, less than a week later we noticed the exact same type of leak occurring that we had before--Water had seeped out all over the floor again. We called the company that evening & spoke to Tony the owner who said they stand behind their work & will take care of it. They sent the same plumber to our house the next AM. He said this was a "different leak" and was caused by a bad gasket which he replaced. He was going to charge us again for this new repair but my husband told him we already gave him an "overcharged" $1,000 the week before, and it wasn't repaired, and the owner indicated there would be no additional charge. The Plumber called his Boss and confirmed there would be no additional charge for the second visit. We have had no further problems with the toilet since then, so I think after all the new parts and repairs, our now like-new $1,000.00 toilet will probably last at least another 10 years.
