With the full support of one of the best franchise names in the service industry, Ben Franklin's new ownership is investing heavily in our staff, processes and service practices in order to build the best plumbing service team in the Charleston area. "Oscar. I am very sorry your feel this way. You are entitled to your opinion, but for the public reading our reviews, this is simply not true and borderline slanderous. Furthermore, we take exception of any insinuation that we treated the resident unfairly in any way. We were asked to look at a job and give an estimate. We charged no money and gave our professional opinion and estimate for free. I Stepped out of church to speak with you on immediately on Saturday when you first called and I then sent you a detailed response in writing stating our position and justification stating clearly that the home is not safe for our technicians to work in, I clarified that once the safety issues were addressed, we would be happy to provide a level of service less than the re-pipe since that was cost prohibitive. I would understand if we had done work for you and you were unhappy, but your review is based on a proposal that was generated in our professional opinion of what is required. This house has many plumbing issues and is unsafe."
