Set up was before I got there and therefore we didn't have to wait at the place we rented. It was picked up after we left and no problems. Crib and sheets were clean and smelled fresh. I would use them again. The place we rented from preferred them and we changed from someone we used before, and liked them better for their promptness and cleanliness of their products.

Awesome service!! Everyone who travels with infants and toddlers should use this service! why drag everything from home with you when it can be waiting for you at your destination??
