We had success with them. They are great and we were happy. They picked the computer up at our house and then they met us to pick up the computer at a place that was convenient for us so everything was convenient. They were extremely prompt and well within what we had agreed on.

Response time was a very pleasant surprise. Came to house within 3 hours altho I didn't have an emergency and didn't ask for expedited service. Tech was pleasant, knowledgeable, and got right to business. Communication was understandable.

They were right in the neighborhood. The guy came over and fixed everything. He was great and very personable. He did a great job. It was good quality service at a good price. I would certainly recommend him and use him again.

The service person was very polite and nice. He came in and sat down at the computer and cleaned out all the "junk" on my pc and got it up and running. He gave me some advice about how to make it run even faster and was able to expain it in terms that I understood.

I thought that they were honest and charged me for only the parts and two hours labor. The whole process took only two days. They helped me bring in the unit and were supportive.

After having a horrible experience with Best Buy, I called this company because they were nearby and did work for households, not just companies. My computer had crashed due to an unknown reason and we thought we had lost all the info on it. They were able to extract all of our data from our hard drive and put it on DVD's. They were very professional and did an excellent job. I would recommend them to any layperson who doesn't know all that much about their computer, or knows just enough to get themselves into trouble.
