Representative came in, gave estimate (overestimated square footage by 13%) and did work the same day. Three or four business days later the company went out of business! After finding this out, I personally inspected the crawl space and found that they had not completed the job. With this and a serious question as to who would be ensuring the promised 2 year and 10 year warranty coverage, I tried to contact the company. The offices have been closed and the phones disconnected. An article in the local newspaper paints a very unsatisfactory demise story of this company which among other things noted that several of their sub-contractors had been left without payment.

They were very fair in pricing and I got a great product for the money. They did the job thoroughly.
