+ -1 moreWe were in Germany last summer when our house-sitter called to tell us the AC had failed. She called Alston Heating and AC and they responded promptly, for which we, our cats and the poor house-sitter were grateful given the 90+ degree weather. Alston replaced the compressor, which was under warranty, and charged us a flat rate of 700.00. We didn't have a chance to shop around, so I don't know if the price was fair or not. But considering that we couldn't be there to monitor the job, we have been very happy with the quality of the work performed. It has now been nearly a year and the HVAC has been working perfectly
Description of Work: Diagnostic; replaced warranty compressor, capacitor and air filter.
