Job went well. They did charge an additional $25 for each rain barrel installation.

No one was home when the covers were installed, and a bill was mailed and received 4 days later (a Friday). On Monday (Oct. 1) I called the company to ask if they accepted credit cards. When they said "no," I mailed a check in payment. On Oct. 2 someone from the company (who evidently did not know of the previous day's conversation) called to ask for payment. I told her I had mailed a check, which cleared my bank on Oct 5. On Oct. 10 a message was left on my answering machine asking for payment. I called and left a message saying that payment had been made and asking for a call back confirming receipt. I did receive a call back on Oct. 15 from someone who said that they had received my check. I asked her to confirm that they already had my payment when the Oct. 10 call was made (an apology was clearly in order here, but was not given), and she said, "No, I'm just calling to tell you that we received your payment," and hung up. A letter sent to the company describing all of the above was not answered.
