This contractor works on only one job at a time, so you have his full attention every day. The job progressed very smoothly from beginning to end. Both Al and assistant Robbie Reddick were a pleasure to deal with. The quality of work was excellent. It was obvious they take pride in their work. They cleaned up and put their equipment out of our way every day before they left. They offered suggestions which improved on our ideas and asked for our opinion on how we wanted things to look, e. g., laying the ceramic floor on the diagonal to make the layout more attractive. They were very responsive to our expectations and satisfaction. For the porch they recommended a system called "Screen Tight" which would give us a larger unobstructed view and make future screen replacement easier. When I expressed disappointment with the way it looked (and they were two thirds done), they removed everything, found different size trim pieces and redid the entire porch at no cost to us. We had seen the much more extensive construction job Al did for our friends, and it was fantastic. We had no doubt that his work would be equally first rate for us. Al and Robbie did not disappoint us, and we would hire them again with no reservations.

Great! Al was on-site everyday and all his subs were on time and there everyday. Any problems were handled promptly and correctly. All the subs provided quality workmanship and if they didn't it was handled and corrected quickly. Al was always willing to provide extra help and assistance when needed and fielded all issues and problems. He made the process as smooth as possible and was very flexible. I would use him over and over again.
