Excellent! This is the second house we have used Jim and team to install plantation shutters and roman shades. As a consumer we expect promptness, quality product, and a fair price. This company delivered on all of our expectations. Our friends and neighbors have used them, based on our recommendations and were equally pleased. PLUS they cleanup befor they leave.

The whole process from our first contact with Jim though the installation went extremely smooth. In comparison to other companies, we felt his product was better and his turnaround was quicker. Not only that, his price was lower than his competitors. Jim has quite a following in our neighborhood, and after dealing with him I can understand why everyone recommended him. He knows his product and is very meticulous. Also, I love the fact that his product is made in the USA.

The project from beginning to end was terrific.  Jim is a great communicator, his product (real wood shutters) is excellent, and his installation was trouble-free.  We had three estimates, and Jim provided the best product for the money.
