I have been a customer for close to twenty years and they had warned me that my unit was close to the end of its life. Came home from vacation Monday night, 7/02, to find that the system was not cooling. Temperatures had been over 100 F. Called them Monday night and they came out Tuesday morning, 7/03. Compressor had died. Quoted prices to replace compressor or to replace entire system and we chose the latter. They replaced my entire heat pump and air handler units at a very good price on very short notice in very hot weather. We had air conditioning again on the afternoon of July 4th. I could not ask for better service or value.
