My experience was good to fair.  They have a high turnover rate.  I think it's because they don't pay the employees that much.  A couple of times, I got people who did very really well, would stay, dust, would wipe blinds, do all that, and stay for 3 hours.  Then, I would get other people who might be there 45 minutes.  The turnover rate was pretty high, but, I got people for the most part that were good, and the last 2 ladies I got were pretty consistent. I used them starting in 2010, I think.  I went a whole year with them.  The last set of workers I had were the best and they were pretty thorough.  In August of 2011, the last thing they did for me, I was selling the house so they did what they call a final cleaning for you right after you move out and they did a good job.  One of the things I liked about them, the lady who was there to do the last cleaning, she came, the vacuum broke, and they sent another person with another vacuum cleaner that afternoon.  They just didn't leave me hanging.  The quality ranged form fair to good, because they had a high turnover rate.  Even when they stayed for 45 minutes, they did come on time.  I might use them, but, I would look around for a different company to see if I could get a different consistency. 

Good for superfical clean up.  Very nice people.  

Poor detail cleaning.

Maids came in for four hours of cleaning, and got shockingly little done. They finished exactly two rooms (living room and kitchen) and a half bathroom. They don't clean windows (not even the inside) and there was almost nothing to straighten up. I could have done that work in less time.
