After we had the alarm put in we had a couple of problems with loud noises setting the alarm off. The rep was out the next day to fix our problem and we havent had any problems since. There monitoring of fire and police are great. When I set of the alarm within three minutes I have call from them to make sure all is ok. One time I came home and the police were here. My alarm went off and for some reason my cell phone was off so they couldnt contact me and they called the police. All was ok but the police went thru my home to make sure no one was hiding. They came to the conclusion that some one hit our window and set off the alarm. They are great and I recommend to anyone. Use them.

I first used them when the house was built they did a good job but what do I know about alarms. The tech sat down with us and politely and patiently showed us how it worked. We also used them on a monthly basis to keep an eye on things so if we were not home and something went wrong like a fire or burglary they could contact the proper authorities.

Local Alarms originally installed the alarm system, and it has been running smoothly ever since. Once, we had a false alarm, and they responded right away. They installed it free and charge quarterly.
