He is wonderful. I had run into problems and this gentleman really helped me out. The contractor had not put in a big enough unit. He is wonderful. The promptness and honesty stand out about this service. I thought it was the thermostat and he said no, no, no if it were the thermostat you would notice this. He explained everything. He took me outside and told me how many quarts. He was very reasonable. He was right there. I trust him. I would recommend him. I don't think he was that expensive talking to other people. I think he really looks out for you. One time he called me up to tell me he may be a few minutes late that he was over at so-n-so.
