I was recommended to call Shannon by a family member, and I am glad I did! They came out and checked over the unit and discovered the condenser had failed. There was no charge for the visit, and they gave an estimate on replacement. I already knew the evaporator coil was on it's last legs. They replaced everything quickly, arrived on time, didn't make a mess, and didn't charge over the estimate. Very straight forward and easy to work with. They put in a 2 1/2 Ton, 14 SEER, R410a unit. They also completed all the warranty information for me.. installation was on Friday and I got an email Monday confirming my warranty registration.

He found out that our water was not properly going outside but running back into the unit. When we ran our air conditioning too long the access water would go back in the unit and not outside. He set up a new pump and the water is staying away from the AC unit and the thermostats are running like they should.

We were on vacation when we had a leak in our AC drain pan and had water coming through our ceiling from the leak. Our home warranty company was little help but Shannon came right out to fix our problem. He replaced and elevated and the drain pan to allow for optimum drainage and cleaned out the drainage system to prevent it from backing up. He also was able to recommend and help he get in touch with someone to come repair the damage to the ceiling.
