Very poor result. I am surprised that this person and company have decided to steal my $2500.

This company was -HARDPINCH CONSTRUCTION - It is listed under Sc Secretary of State under forfeiture in 2013- i did not know this when i hired them as "Hardpinch Construction company" to replace my roof after the storms in October 2015. I paid$ 10,000 for the replacement and a 30 year warranty- i had them come out 2x within 3 months after the repairs to repair minor leaks in the exact same places. I now hage major leaks and damage (both structural and electrical) I understand the warranty being voided by Hurricaine Matthew- if the work paid for had even been done- much less properly. I was informed by my insurance company that only a very shoddy (their words) minor repair job had been done- and my entire policy on my roof is voided except under catastrophic circumstances (tornado or fire) and will not be covered even after future hurricanes until 100% replaced and paid for by me- even though premiums are paid monthly. I went to see Steve Cumbee as the company phone number had been changed- the business is located at their home. I let him know the roof was /is leaking in the EXACT SAME PLACES as before he even touched it. He informed me the warranty had been voided by the hurricane but he would be at my house 9:30 the next morning to look at it a b d see what could be done. He did not show nor contact me.!!
