He came to the house on Friday to see if adding refrigerant would help us have cool air. After testing the unit, he informed me that our A/C was completely out of refrigerant and that we definitely had a leak. Instead of just refilling it, he said that because we were out, he could switch us over to the newer, lower priced refrigerant. He came back the next morning (on a Saturday!) and refilled our unit. The new refrigerant saved us $30/lb! Not only did he save us money but he also found the leak in our line! Because they don't sell the part that was leaking, he is currently looking through his shop to find us a replacement part out of his own stock!
Jeff and his assistant were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to have at the house! The lady who works in the office was very friendly and answered my calls immediately! I have never met a more trustworthy service company! They went out of their way to accomodate my needs and my wallet! I highly recommend this company!!!

The crew was very responsive and was very knowledgeable of their trade.

We had no A/C and called after hours and they said to wait till Mon morning because I didn't want to wait for emergency service. I called at 8am and they were at my house by 8:30am and no less than 1hour later they fixed it. They were outstanding. They added r-22 (freon) Compasitor and rewired and put new tie wraps.
