+ -1 moreThis builder/ installer is willing to tackle the difficult jobs. He did an accurate measuring job, and basically told me what to expect at that time. The stairs and door fit flush with the ceiling, which was a major accomplishment in the tight space. He used good materials and good work ethics. He was unable to start the job at 9:30 AM as anticipated; but called and stated he would start at noon (and he was here on the dot of 12) and stayed until it was finished approximately four hours later. He was friendly, yet professional. I would use this company again.
Description of Work: My condo had a ceiling folding attic ladder which had dry-rotted and broken. I purchased a heavy metal one. Darrell took out the old one and replaced with the new stairs, including mounting them on the new door. He was able to replace the existing molding.
