Home Building
Poor quality. False promises. Pointed out many quality issues days and months before closing. Nothing was fixed. Promised blinds, fence and fridge. Only got the fridge which I pointed out three weeks before closing that it was leaking. I have lived in the home almost a month and the fridge is still broken, there is still dried paint in the carpet, on windows and on the wood floor. Upstairs floors creek and pop. Toilet is tilted. plumbers failed to show up on time to fix it. When plumbers finally came to fix it they gouged the wood floor. Builder claims toilet and floor can't be fixed. I have to use my vacation time for these half hearted fixes and the builder doesn't seem to care. It is one thing after the other and I am out of vacation time. Needless to say, I should have bought a resale home, it would have been cheaper and I could have afforded to make fixes at my convenience.
