Home Building
We could never get a straight answer from the sales consultant and it was very frustrating. They we friendly and courteous but when it comes to the packages STAY AWAY.
So after all of that was said and done, they tried offering us a lot model Modular home, for a discounted price to absorb the 30,000. That was very strange to us so we sought after a stick built house. For $10k more than what we were looking at with them we soon had after under contract a bigger house with garage and more. It must just be their pricing and the economy just not lining up with real estate. Either way after all that time we spent with them we still had no where to live.
