The gentlemen showed up from Carpet Pros very professionally dressed and on time. He moved furniture and items from the floor areas to be cleaned. The carpets were cleaned in a timely manner and he even cleaned my area/throw rugs. The carpets dried beautifully and smelled very nice and fresh. I was extremely impressed with their service, attitude, and appearance.
