Description of Work: Heat pump was not operating. Serviceman found that the unit could not be repaired. Suggested we replace the unit. Unit was replaced.

+ -1 moreThey were punctual, competant and courteous. The owner was on the job all day with a crew of 3 men. He answered all my questions and concerns patiently and in a way I could understand. The crew showed great expertise and skill in all phases of the job from sheetmetal fabrication to electrical to pipe fitting to cosmetics. They even had a small sheetmetal brake on site so they didn't have to go back to the shop. Most of all, I was appreciative of the fact that they all seemed to be aware of the fact that their job site was someone's home. They did a good job cleaning up after themselves and everyone watched their language. Also, the lady in the Company's office was prompt and courteous in all correspondence. I would highly reccomend Carnes Crossroads Heat & Air to friends and family.
Description of Work: Complete change out of 3.5 ton split system heat pump and rerouting of ductwork for tie in to existing ducts.

Description of Work: The owner of the company came into laundry room and checked the defrosted coils for the AC. He put in the required part and my home is cool and comfortable.
