Unique Flips LLC. was the brain child of 32 years in the construction business, along with a passion for remodeling and a need for craftsmanship to be reintroduced into the art of home remodeling. I, along with my team of architects and sub-contractors, will work diligently to make your vision a reality. All of my employees and sub-contractors are required to pass a background check and provide business credentials. The attorney for Unique Flips supplies a legally binding contract for every client. Unique Flips does not require a down payment for repeat customers. First-time customers are required to submit a down payment of at least 20% of the total contract price, depending on the complexity of the project. At Unique Flips, our joy comes from giving a deserving clientele what they envision.
