The most serious problem was that no warranty paperwork was made available and 2 weeks after the completed job, in attempting to contact LB Heating and Air to get the paperwork we saw that the company was closed and no further contact was possible. Very disappointing

Found furnace needed a circuit board and rusted out blowers. Took a day to get some parts. Actual labor under the house must have been 8/9 hours. Due to having to wait overnight, in the cold, he forgot all but one hour of labor.

They verified that the heater and air conditioner were in proper working order and in safe condition for usage. They make sure we were completely satisfied. They were very professional and very good.

Mr. Branham had an excellent company. They did great work on customizing these vents into our ceiling so we could put a ceiling in. There haven t been any problems with anything they have worked on. They were very polite and courteous and had a great price.
