We did now know how to solve our drainage problem so we relied upon Joe's expertise. He recommended that we bury drainage pipes and connect them to the downspouts on the house. He then ran them quite a distance so that extended beyond our horse barn. (Horses were sinking in mud!) He also took out some trees, stumps and graded our back yard. This is the 3rd time we have engaged Joe and he has not failed to impress! He knew we were going to have a week of rain but couldn't get us scheduled beforehand. So he came by to connect the pipe to downspouts and ran it across the lawn to help us out and not make the problem any worse while it rained. Really thoughtful! Brothers & Sons are officially our go-to contractors for outside work.

After interviewing several contractors that never even so much as bothered to follow up with a quote, we found Joe to be such a pleasure to work with. He was easy to get in touch with, followed up, and went above and beyond to get the job done in spite of difficult rainy weather. He graded our uneven backyard, cleared some small brush, and relocated a fire pit that consisted of multiple very large boulders arranged in a 16' diameter circle. I would certainly recommend to anyone else looking for a grader.
