+ -1 moreJill Brown seemed so friendly and professional on the pone, she quoted rates, and we set up an appointment to unload our UHaul. She even called the day before to confirm the date and time. But they NEVER SHOWED UP. She did not call to let us know, nor did she answer her phone, and she did not return repeated messages. We sat in the driveway for a couple of houirs, hoping they were just late but ended up struggling to unload it ourselves. Terrible, terrible service. Do not use this moving company!
Description of Work: They were supposed to unload our rented moving van with 2 men.
