"I am very confused about this review! We called the morning of your scheduled appointment to let you know the guys were running 20 minutes behind and you guys were fine with that, when we arrived 22 minutes after our scheduled time, the truck was completely unloaded and you said you did not need our services. You also said you called and left a message and we never recieved any calls from you. I'm sorry you felt it necessary to leave such a review.
