Got a quote, which was very reasonable and had the work scheduled. Crew installed gutters, downspouts and gutter guards over a period of two days. Excellent workmanship and did a very thorough job cleaning up. Sent invoice electronically (exact amount as the original quote). Highly recommended.

Adam did a great job giving me an estimate for the many different configurations I asked about. I settled on 6" k-style gutters using rustic copper aluminum. Charles did an outstanding job with installation working around multiple difficulties with my house, etc. Charles is very trustworthy and did a great job making sure he did everything right and that I was happy with everything. These are the kind of contractors you want to use and wish everyone was.

The first part of the job was done well, although getting it scheduled was very difficult. Jand C Gutters were very difficult to communicate with. The second job was a major headache. The wrong color was brought out to the job site and rejected. Charles Bartley insisted the mistake was ours when it clearly was not. He was rude on the phone. he insisted that we pay for the wrong material, when it was his mistake. He matched the color during his estimate and then left me with color samples to consult with other people with. A different color was selected and Charles was notified via voice mail. Several attempts were made to get him on his cell phone to assure that he had the right information and to find out when the job was scheduled. When I attempted end the job and pay him for the work he had accomplished, Charles got extremely rude on the phone and demanded an exorbitant amount of money for the 5' feet of gutter successfully installed. To date, Charles has not sent me an invoice for the correct amount of the work and he remains unpaid.

I contacted Charles and was very impressed with him when we first met. He was very professional. He took measurements and promised to send me an estimate within the next couple of days. I had to call him twice to receive the estimate but received it approximately 1 week after his initial visit. We scheduled a time to do the work which happened to fall on Memorial Day. Right after we scheduled I realized it was Memorial Day and called back to reschedule. I had to leave several voice messages before he called me back and I was starting to get very frustrated. When he did call me back he explained his partner was ill and he was doing both his job and his partners. We rescheduled and I was told the job would take 3 days. The job actually took 5 and the last day they worked until 9:00 in the evening to finish. I think the job turned out to be much more than originally expected. The experience was frustrating but once the job was completed it was worth it because it was absolutely beautiful. The house looked like new. They cleaned up after themselves and honored their original quote, even though the job was more extensive than they first anticipated.

I contacted via phone Charles Bartley on Wednesday 6/5/13 - seeking an estimate for gutter work on my home. We needed an approx 25 foot section of gutter and downspout replaced as soon as possible with potential of additional gutters on the house replaced at a later time. I was very impressed by him on the phone and his promise to keep his word and do quality work that he stood behind for lifetime. He gave me an on-the-phone estimate but said would need to come out to give actual estimate and bring sample of gutter solution cover. He said he would email me the estimate after he did the on-site visit. Said he would call before coming. Said would be at my house some time on Friday 6/7/13. He never showed up as promised. He never called. I tried calling his phone number twice on Friday 6/7 and both times got his voice mail - and was told that I could not leave a message as his mail box was full.

Charles, from Jand C Seamless Gutters and Services, had promptly contacted me per my request for an estimate the same day. Not just calling mind you but actually showed up in person. He immediatly identified himself and greeted me with a glow of professionalism and friendly style service. After a close examination of my home and taking measurements Charles proceeded to explain the procedure nessesary to complete the project. Once that was completed, he then gave me the price.
Imagine my surprise to find it well within my expense range and much lower than the other quotes I had received. After agreeing on the price, he explained the follow up that would take place. An e-mail, to sign the agreement, an approximated date of project start and end. Even the names of the employees that were going to be performing the project.
On the date of the project start, his crew showed up with time to spare, introduced themselves and greeted me with the same professionalism that Charles had. They too explained the procedure and once the formalities were out of the way, the crew immediately began their chore. The gutters and downspouts were up without issue in a flash. The gentlemen walked me around the job site and asked if I approved. Needless to say I was in awe of its appearance. It was so much more than I had expected. I was extremely impressed with these gentlemen.
This is a contractor I would refer to all of my family, neighbors and friends. To just sum it up, Jand C Seamless Gutters are friendly, professional and all around, one great team!

Fantastic, I felt completely at ease with having them do the work and was very impressed with how they operated. They present a large company appearance with a small company sense of attention and personalization.
